Abstract :
In this paper, ZnO nanowire arrays were successfully fabricated in the porous anodic alumina (PAA) template by coordination reaction method. ZnO nanowires with the diameters about 80 nm were uniformly assembled into the hexagonally ordered nanochannels of the PAA. In this method, zinc-amino complex was used as precursor and the length of ZnO nanowires was tuned by changing the hydrolysis time. The growth mechanism of ZnO nanowires was discussed and the microstructures of ZnO/Al2O3 were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The observed results indicated that the new method of the synthesis of ZnO nanowire arrays is effective. Last, the influencing factor of the coordination reaction was discussed briefly.
