Under the economic globalization, financial banks in China faced a large amount of pressure and all the administrators pay much attention on the methods which can help financial banks to on-going develop in intense competitive market. Six Sigma management is new theory which can provide benefits or convenience to both corporations and customers. So only do these managers know the way how to use the scientific in practice and apply it in their jobs, can they realize their goal from “department banks” to “process banks”, and as a result improving the satisfaction degree of customers, and upgrading Chinese financial banks´ competitive force in globe market so as to push industry develop actively.
