Abstract :
As for the service enterprise, the frequency of the innovation occurring is extremely high. The employees of service enterprise played the very important role in the delivery process of service innovation. This paper discussed the optimized authority centralization design problem of service organization with two factors. The one is the finite time of manager´s supervising the service innovation and the other is the drive of employees´ participating in the service innovation process. It simulated an internal authority disposition in a service enterprise and measured the controlling force of manager to the service innovation and employee´s enthusiasm for the service innovation. In a word, the paper has studied a interesting problem that the manager decide the right disposition scope of authority in the process of service innovation between manager and employee
