Abstract
One of the most labor-intensive operations is railcars cleanout from old color. Automation of cleanout process is carried out by electromechanical manipulator, which is a moving platform, on which frame the induction installation is fixed. The usage of the induction method of the paint, stripping from metallic surface allows one to increase the working efficiency and to automate the process completely as well as to reduce the action of dangerous factors on the personnel staff participated in the technological process. The operating staff is out of the range of the electromagnet fields deleterious effect produced by inductor.
