Abstract :
With the development of the city, disasters control is so hard that it has restricted the development of the city, especially the fire disasters control. Based on the city management idea of “Two-oriented Society”, the paper has designed the fire disasters control system by using many intelligent methods, such as rough set, digital video surveillance, path optimization. This system mainly includes early forewarning, monitoring, alarm and urgent disaster relief. The system not only can real-time and truly reflect the scene of the fire but also can alarm and emergency rescue by optimum processing methods. With the application of the system, it can greatly improve the management efficiency and automation level.
