Abstract :
With the power densities increase of the technical systems thermal flux and simultaneous tendency to decrease mass and dimensioning specifications the problem. arises to secure normal thermal conditions of such a system. Since, in this case at early design stages the analysis of system synthesized for the compatibility with the normal thermal conditions is complex. Computer modeling and results comparison of the last with the prototype samples temperature testing is more preferred one. The procedures of the thermal conduction main equation calculation are given.
