A Game Analysis on the cooperation strategy among Industry, University and Research Institute

By the C-D function, Game model was constructed based on R&D investment-capital investment cooperation in Industry, University and Research Institute. Then R&D investment, capital investment and cooperation profit of three different cooperation strategies were comparatively analyzed Firstly it had found out that the proportion of cooperation profit of the University and Research Institute was so important that it could lead the semi-inner cooperation strategy to be fail or to be success. Secondly if the outer cooperation strategy was regarded as the limited case of the semi-inner cooperation strategy, it was also a special case of the inner cooperation strategy. If the outer cooperation strategy was regarded as the dynamical situation, its equilibrium was less than the inner cooperation strategy equilibrium Lastly that the inner cooperation strategy equilibrium had more pareto advantage than the equilibriums of the other two strategies had been proved So the inner cooperation strategy should be encouraged and the non-efficient semi-inner cooperation strategy should be regulated by our government
