Abstract :
We demonstrate magnetic metal-polymer composite microshell particles having a single nanoscale hole in the metal microshell layer. We load the surfaces of these particles with temozolomide (TMZ), a common brain cancer chemotherapeutic, and confirm loading via UV-vis spectroscopy.
