Abstract :
The usage of porous permeable materials (PPM) in the systems of gaseous and air mediums cleaning as well as their usage as gas dispensers and elements of heat and mass exchange devices are gaining acceptance. The method of self-distributing high temperature synthesis (SHTS) is a perspective method of obtaining PPM. Filtration rating and efficiency were specified far the samples with different porosity manufactured from the powders with different particles diameter. From a table it is clear that porous permeable materials have a high degree of liquids cleaning,. from fine-dispersed impurities and can be used for filtration both liquid and air technological mediums. The specific carrying capacity is another important index of the filtration material, which is measured. Experimental results of the determination of the sample walls thickness action are adduced. With the increase of the sample thickness the hydraulic resistance grows but in this case the rating of liquid cleaning rises.
