Reverse supply chain management is recognized as an important factor in the enterprise. And production reclaim is one of the key procedures in the frame of reverse supply chain. Making an efficacious decision to each node in this course can bring the whole reverse supply chain great profits. And the paper established a model of production reclaim in three-stage reverse supply chain, which from consumer to retailer, third party and manufacturer, and using game theory, such as Stackelberg game and Nash equilibrium, to make a decision to each node in the procedure.
