Abstract :
Many parameters need to be monitored in the process of coal-bed methane power generation. Based-on further studying in the technics for coal-bed methane power generation, a kind of small-scale distributed control system of low cost but high reliability was designed by combining fieldbus, Siemens S7-300 PLC and WinCC configuration software. The design of the process supervisory system for the coal-bed methane power generation was emphatically demonstrated in detail, including three parts: field monitoring unit, station-level monitoring unit and the company monitoring unit. So that the security and stability of the production process of coal-bed methane power generation as well as the efficiency of power production can be greatly improved.
