After 30 years development, China rural labors migration has presented the quite clear gradual characteristics along with the evolution of employment policies and migration policies from the government. Using the existing data, from the angle of view of flowing quantity, flowing to areas and industries, income level change in different areas, this paper obtains new characteristics of rural labors migration at present stage, and analyzes their influencing factors from the angle of view of policies adjustments of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
