In China, few people currently involved to the study of logisticsilization. At the same time, the trend of logisticsilization has not received much attention in domestic, the range of study is too narrow, and the depth is insufficient. Therefore, the paper gives a new definition of logisticsilization as a developing process in which the conception of logistics and logistics activities are continuing to penetrate to various industries while the level of social and economic develop to a certain level. Logisticsilization is becoming to an important phenomenon and main tendency in China´s current economic development. It has enormous and far-reaching impact on improving the quality of national economy, promoting the business model and production patterns transformation, detailing the division of labor system, and forming a scale economy and so on.
