Abstract :
In this paper, based on denoising characters with wavelet transform, the jitter and shimmer of denoising oral voice and transmitted voice and are estimated and the validity for estimating jitter and shimmer is tested. The difference of the jitter and shimmer between male and female is studied. The results showed that the estimation of jitter and shimmer of transmitted voice and oral voice with wavelet transforms denoising could reflect more effectively the relations between characteristics of vocal folds vibration and laryngeal diseases in normal and pathological voices.
