Abstract :
Smart meter is one of the novel applications in next generation cellular networks. Group paging can effectively solve the RAN overload control problem in 3GPP LTE, but the usage efficiency of the radio resource is needed to be improved. This paper proposed a dynamic radio resource allocation algorithm to solve the inefficiency problem.
