Abstract :
The investigation of the excitation scheme parameters influence on the energetic characteristics of the laser on the copper vapors is considered. It is shown that with an increase of the energy at the reservoir capacitance the average power of the generation increases firstly, and then begins to saturate. With an increase of the value of the corrective inductance and the gas discharge tube inductance the average power falls. Based on calculations it follows that there is a certain optimum of the copper concentration at which the maximum of the average. radiation there is the maximum of the energy output. High prepulsed concentration of electrons results in the inserted power distribution between commutating element and the gas discharge tube in favor of commutator. An increase of prepulsed concentration of electrons results in that Coulomb electron ion collisions contribute significantly into the plasma resistance at the initial moment of the pulse excitations.
