Abstract :
There are large number of UEs (User Equipment) in the wireless communication networks for power distribution in smart grid with external interference. Based on cluster and sub-band hopping, a fast scheduling mechanism is proposed in this paper. All UEs in the cluster are assigned to the RBs (Resource Block) with fixed relative position in the sub-band, and their working channels are switched according to their re-scheduled cluster sub-band. A further enhanced proposal is also designed which assigned the sub-band with the help of adjacent cluster heads to avoid the problem of undetected external interference. The simulation results show that the proposed interference avoiding scheme dramatically reducing the cost of signaling overhead and the enhanced proposal can further improve the system performance.
