Abstract :
In this paper, we suggest a novel approach modelling and solving production planning problems in "contract-order" environment which is characterised by the uncertainty of the demand. To overcome this uncertainty, the proposed approach supports many flexibility levers as overtime, interim, stocks and modes of functioning. The goal of this approach is to generate production plans that satisfy all the temporal and all the resource constraints, mainly the bottleneck capacity. The proposed approach was tested on a set of demand profiles. Most of them deal with the demand fluctuation. The execution of this new approach determines for each period: 1) the quantity to produce and the stock of each product, therefore the load planning. 2) the optimal functioning mode, therefore the capacity planning. 3) and the rate of the overtime and the rate of interim, therefore the human resources planning
