Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Based on the Factor Analysis, this paper analyzes the component factors of regional economic comprehensive strength, and measures the economic comprehensive strength of the north of Hebei province by the year in last seven years, then analyzes and evaluates the measurement results. The evaluation results not only reflect the tendency of economic development of the north of Hebei province but also present a decision for improving economic comprehensive strength.
