Legal analysis of “Digital Heritage Inheritance” service

Based on the legitimacy of legal protection for network virtual identities in the real world, this paper analyses the legal nature and classification of those virtual objects created by network virtual identities. Considering that there is no inheritance legal relationship in real world governing the legacy and abandon of those virtual objects, such as user ID and password in virtual world, this paper studies the legal relationship and legal risk of the "Digital Heritage Inheritance" service in E-commerce areas.
