Abstract :
With the development of multi-epitope-ligand-kartographie (MELK) technology, topological proteomics is attracting more and more researchers nowadays. The segmentation of MELK images is one of crucial steps to automatically analyze topological proteomics. MELK images are preprocessed based on entropy, then a genetic algorithm is applied to segment selected MELK images. The experimental results indicate that it is feasible to segment MELK images with the proposed method.
