Establishing traceability systems is an effective way in monitoring quality and safety of livestock products. Developed countries have already established complete traceability systems. This study points out the insufficiencies of the traceable network system in China based on an online searching and analysis of its current development, then posts a integrated traceability system for livestock products, and finally puts forward policy recommendations.
