Abstract :
With economic development and social progress, supermarket has become the main channel of everyday consumption of people. How to keep existing customers in the fierce competition is the key problem of the competition between supermarket enterprises. The weighted factor and weighted entropy of information were introduced on the basis of traditional C4.5 decision making tree arithmetic. The customer churn prediction model in a supermarket was established based on the improved C4.5 decision making tree arithmetic, which predicted the loss of supermarket customers. The results show that the prediction model has the better validity and stability, and can provide more effective support for decision-making of governor in the area of supermarket customer management.
