Abstract :
In our country B2B e-commerce shows a trend of rapid development after it go through different phases, and how to steady profits is the source power for B2B e-commerce to continue to develop. The author takes Alibaba for example to analyze its profit model and gives some improvements. I hope the experiences can provide useful enlightenment for the improvement of northeast equipment manufacturing´s B2B platform.
