Under the circumstance of economic globalization, information explosion and networking, more and more companies recognize that it is difficult to adapt to complex and fast changeable business environment with extensive competition separately and cooperation is the only way to move forward. Since 1990s, enterprises cluster has been paid much attention with its strong competitiveness and significant contribution to economy. Specialization and cooperation within enterprise cluster has been developed, which enhance their competitiveness and promote the region´s economic development. Based on Game Theory, cooperation and competition in enterprise cluster are researched which indicated that the cooperative game theory is established within the framework of regulations to show the competitive advantage of the cluster and then coordinative innovation system is developed.
