After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The supply chain is getting preliminary application in China in some advanced enterprises, but the most SMEs companies do not know it. No matter from the theoretical study, or actual utilization, the supply chain is in enlightening stage in China. Basing on the research trend of the supply chain management at home and abroad, referring to the domestic and foreign well-known enterprise supply chain management idea, this article analyzes the reasons of the problems of SMEs supply chain management in China, in the end formulates the corresponding solutions.
