Abstract :
Our analysis, experience and market testing suggests that it is not the specific design of particular delivery models (where inevitably there is a balance between outsourced and in-house working arrangements), but the effectiveness and success of management control and end to end process efficiency that makes the difference between those who are deemed to be leading or lagging in their sector peer group. This is underpinned by the ability to both effectively implement and sustain the ongoing delivery of key design principles.
