As a key area of international industrial transfer, service outsourcing has been widely studied, as value chain is an important theory. However, many existing researches are only on the global value chain; while few fruit was shown on value decomposition and integration analysis by the perspective of undertake service outsourcing. To full the blank, based on the value chain theory, this paper decomposes and integrates services, and constructs a simple value chain model of service outsourcing industry, which is used for analyzing the industry of Guangdong. After the decomposition, the value chain constitution of Guangdong service outsourcing industry is easy to tell, as well as the strong and the week value activities. And then, the paper also analyses the restrictive factors of enhancing competitiveness. At last, the strategies to enhance competitiveness are proposed.
