Abstract :
Based on the single-factor method, the fresh Cunninghamia lanceolata shavings were treated by means of the alkali liquor extraction under pulsed electromagnetic fields to obtain the best extraction technology. The results are as follows: (1) During the the sorbitic-extracting process, Extraction time had significant effect on the leaching rates at 0.1 level. And sort of alkaline had significant effect on the leaching rates at 0.05 level. The optimum concentration of NaOH liquor, KOH liquor, LiOH liquor was 18.5%, 22.5%, and 18.5%, separately. The leaching rates was the highest when extraction time was 24 h. The optimum alkali liquor was KOH liquor. The next was NaOH liquor, LiOH liquor. (2) During the pulsed electromagnetic fields -extracting process, the leaching rates under pulsed electromagnetic fields were obviously higher than those of Soxhlet Extraction. The leaching rates first increased and then decreased with the power of pulsed electromagnetic fields. And 70 W was the most suitable for pulsed electromagnetic fields in caustic alkali extraction for wood extractives and hemicellose form C. lanceolata wood.
