Abstract
This Article describes the work principles of the mobile platform based system of the printed text recognition and vocalization. The device consists of a camera-embedded mobile phone and special software for the recognition and speech synthesis of the Azerbaijani text. The offered device can be used for example, as a source of the information for visually impaired persons.
