In recent years, China´s electronic commerce obtains the very big developmen, but also brings to various enterprises attention more and more. In this papers, authors thorough analyze human resource supply and demand situation in Electronic Commerce, and offer Countermeasures of equilibrium of Human Resource supply and demand situation in Electronic Commerce.
