With the rapid development of science and technology, shopping online is becoming very popular and changes the ways of people´s life significantly. This new way of shopping facilitates people´s lives, although, people are trapped to thinking and analyzing the risk of its purchase during the process of shopping. So this paper mainly analyzed the risk of online shopping preferences and perceived risk, and their impact on shopping online. A survey among customers was introduced in detail. We found that the risk preferences have a significant influence to the perceived risks and purchase intent of shopping online, and perceived risk also has a significant influence to the purchase intent of shopping online.
