Abstract :
In order to access a high level processing, scalability and reliability, one needs to process machine level data in high level data processing and makes a connection between them (make them coherent). This paper is intended to monitor Delta PLC 14SS in .NET frame work, c#, by monitoring a glazier machine, it is aimed to describe how to address and to access inputs, outputs and memories of PLC which is expandable to other types of PLC. A program and its own interfaces are provided for monitor information of PLC. Contrary, all of the data being stored on database is simultaneously intended to achieve an intelligent system without human interference. Three years of experiment shows that this method of automatic system is running perfectly in a sensible condition.
