Abstract :
For recent years, attribute-based trust management has become the key factors for enterprises´ operational performances. To cope with the trend of internationalization and global competitions, the enhancement of attribute-based trust management has turned into the real estate industry´s priority to enhance their competitive advantages. Nowadays, house buyers that are familiar with particular regions tend to conduct researches by acquiring information from friends and relatives in advance. Since house buyers´ willingness to purchase highly related to the profits of the real estate agents and on the other hand profoundly affected by many external factors; therefore, it has become one of the critical issues for the real estate Agents to increase house buyers´ willingness to purchase and upgrade the C/P values during their evaluation process. The time consumptions and complexities of different purchasing behaviors may vary. Consumption motivations are either derived from social demands or psychological needs; whereas different consumers´ attributes may subsequently result in different perceptions. This research was aimed to study on attribute-based trust management by conducting Delphi Survey on the subjects of real estate agents; whereas further statistical analysis were also applied for empirical analysis of the attribute-based trust management in real estate industry.
