Abstract :
Cognitive radio (CR) is an intelligent communication system which greatly improves spectrum efficiency through the effective use of idle spectrum. In this paper, spectrum decision and adaptive reconstruction technology are researched. Adaptive spectrum decision scheme is proposed based on characteristics of user services, wireless environment and CR node capacity. Since the weights of CR adaptive reconstruction method based on weighted genetic algorithm is difficult to select, CR adaptive reconstruction method based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is proposed. This algorithm improves the population diversity through introducing concentration control mechanism of immune algorithm and uniform initialization techniques, consequently improving the optimization ability of genetic algorithms effectively. Simulation results show that the proposed method can adoptively adjust communication bands and communication configuration parameters based on different application environments. The performance is consistent with the current application environment.
