Abstract :
In the field of economy, there are game relationships among China´s central government, local government and the enterprises, which come from different interest groups who try to make their own interest maximum. This paper focuses on the government game behavior in the process of protecting the patented products, and attempts to analyze the business conditions and its economic environment by using Principles of Microeconomics and Game Theory, so as to find out the factors that ultimately influence the government policy-making and how the government policies affect the companies.
