Abstract
Considers the characterization of all stabilizing controllers of order equal to or less than the specified order which yield at the same time the closed-loop transfer matrix satisfying the H∞ norm bound. The authors develop a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a low-order H∞ dynamic compensators
