Abstract
The paper proposes a novel simulated annealing algorithm, which can achieve a satisfactory or optimizing result rapidly. The partly continuous algorithm (PCA) is optimized by the algorithm. The self-adaptive fuzzy controller is made of the two methods to control sophistic plants. The simulation results illustrate that the self-optimizing controller has fine performances to time-varied nonlinear plants of which mathematics models aren´t known
