Abstract :
This paper describes a partnership agreement between Northeast Normal University (NENU) and Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) to offer two degrees in technical and professional communication. With China´s emergence on the world stage as a major economic power, there is a need to educate a new generation of technical communicators in China. This partnership agreement helps to address this need.
