Abstract :
Paralogic hermeneutics offers an alternative conceptual framework for teaching communicative skills that can be used for theoretical discussions about the notion of culture and its characteristics in a technical writing course. In this paper, the author discusses the key ideas and principles of paralogic hermeneutics and examines how those principles can change the ways we talk about intercultural communication in our classes in order to promote students´ cultural awareness and cultural literacy.
