Distribution is the core of corporation strategies, which relates with customer satisfaction. However, the scientific and precise 6 Sigma Management is focus on customer satisfaction. The article mainly analyze and research Shayuan Electric how to improve distribution quality and increase customer satisfaction by implementing 6 Sigma Management in distribution.
