A AHP(analytic hierarchy process) strategic decision model study of Chinese retail industry green supply chain

The retail industry is connecting the upstream Production enterprise and downstream consumer, and Chinese retail industry has already been deepened from own energy conservation environmental protection, gradually to green supply chain management. In view of China domestic Retail business´s development present situation, this article starts from the analysis of the environment friendly practice´s environmental standard and the system, the green cooperation, the recycling use and the waste disposal. Basing on hierarchical framework, and using the AHP law analysis tool, we use an example to analyse the implementation situation of environment friendly practice part in the retail industry green supply chain, and emphasize the importance of environment friendly practice for developing the retail industry green supply chain.
