Analysis of Highway Vehicle Jumping at Bridge-head between Pavement and Abutment of Express Highway

Vehicle jumping at bridge-head is a common disease in the road engineering. This paper analyzes the jump automobile mechanism of the section of bridge-approach with the slab and the section without. It summarizes the cause of vehicle jumping, and puts forward means of techniques such as the integrated control technique, construction technology, quality control of the highway vehicle jumping at bridge-head, and gives some useful clues for further discussion against the disease which had occured.
