Abstract
An adjustable stabilized reflector has been designed and constructed. The device is comprised of two prisms and has the capabilities of tilting and of changing the azimuthal angle and spacing between components. It can be used with good stability in a wide angular range. Two theoretical methods were used for the design and for cross-matching. Comparison with an experimental testing was satisfactory. A new electro-optical enforcement system used by the Israeli Police Force already utilizes this type of reflector
