2007 Farm Bill has been promulgated at recently. Adjustments on agricultural support policies have been focused by main members of WTO. According to the Bill, the trend will not change those agricultural subsidies would increase, but paths of subsidies would be transferred from distinctly distorting price support to fixed direct payment. In addition, it is worthwhile paying attention to adjustments on related policies and establishment on new policies. It is necessary for China to make clear direction of adjustments on agricultural policy and evaluate its potential effects so as to adopt immediately proper counter-measures.
