Abstract
In this essay 11 Shanghai´s professional trampoline athletes´ pre jump and 5 basic skill movements were analyzed by video and plantar pressure method. Plantar pressure data was acquired. According to trampoline program characteristics, data was analyzed in statistics method and rules of trampoline during the process of touching net were explored. Research result showed that there were no significant difference between different movements in each foot sole region pressure, intensity of pressure in 8 key points and distance of center of pressure in X-axis and Y-axis, which demonstrated that touching net skill of different type movements were the same. During touching net process, peak value of intensity pressure of the 5th toe phalanges and the heel were the maximum. The distance of center pressure in X-axis during the touching net process was stable while during the push-off phase the distance was remarkable for the reason that two legs exerted imbalance strength.
