    Compensation system for knowledge staff in high technology enterprise continues to be a sensitive and fairly common issue which has been of most pressing concerns. Current research and studies highlight on the actuality and the existing problems by way of comparison between developed countries and our country. In view of the psychological contract, this paper endeavors to help readers to understand the theory of psychological contract, the relation between the compensation management and the psychological contract, and the main components of an effective compensation system for knowledge staff in high technology enterprise.
