  • Abstract
    The steps of vague decision-making algorithm are as follows: 1). Establish the scheme sets and evaluation index set, draw the theoretical optimum scheme set, 2). Input original data, 3). transform the original data into vague value data, and obtain vague set presentation of the scheme sets and the optimum scheme, 4). Calculate the similarity measures between the vague set of the scheme sets and vague set of the theoretical optimal scheme, 5). Vague decisions-making. Get results of vague decisions-making by the value of the similarity measures. In this paper, the new formula of similarity measures between vague set which is the indispensable formula of the vague decision-making algorithm is proposed. The practical application cases of optimum ensign of transmission for scheme indicate: vague decision-making algorithm and the new formula of similarity measures are all useful.
