Cross-sectional data from 119 peasant households´ survey is used to model Logistic regression. The results show that, such factors have a negative impact on peasants households´ protection willingness of cultivated land as householders´ age, the main source of income, the annual net income of the family, crop types and the householder is village cadres. Householders´ gender and cultivated land fragmentation have a positive impact on peasant housholds´ cultivated land protection behavior.
