Abstract :
The report analyzes the traditional problems of mass servicing (MS), identified a number of shortcomings that limit the practical aspects of such problems. The generalized problem of corporate MS consist of identification of gaps in the first place, the nature of non-stationary and an algorithm for its solution is suggested.
